💬 Payment reminders
Pick an unpaid invoice and send a ready-made reminder — Friendly, Firm, or a Final notice. It is filled in for you: client, invoice number, amount, due date and days overdue.
🐢 Who pays on time?
Average days from the invoice date to the day you marked it paid — counted only from invoices actually paid in this app. “Slow payer” = averages over 14 days.

1. What data this app stores
Only the business details, clients and documents you create inside the app.
2. Where it lives
Everything is stored in your browser's local storage, on your device only. There is no server and no account.
3. What we never do
No tracking, no analytics, no ads, no data sharing, no data selling. Your client and billing information never leaves your device.
4. Your control
Edit or delete any document or client at any time. "Clear all data" in Business Settings erases everything instantly.
5. Your responsibility
Because data lives only on your device, keep your own backups of important documents (for example, printed or PDF copies) for your tax records.
6. Children
This app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear in the app with a new date below.

If you choose to sign up for email updates (the “📬 Get updates” button), your email address is sent to and stored on our secure server so we can send you app updates and tips. This is completely optional — the app works fully without it, and all your app data still stays only on your device. We never sell your email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your email at any time via freeappspot.com.
Optional suggestions
If you choose to send us a suggestion (the “💡 Suggestions” button), your message — and your name and email address if you provide them — is sent to and stored on our secure server so our team can read it and improve the app. This is completely optional. We never sell this information, and all your app data still stays only on your device.
