Your focus is private. Focus Timer is designed to work with almost no personal information. This policy explains our approach in simple terms.

Almost nothing. Your timer settings and session statistics are handled on your device only. They are not sent to us.
2. Why we use information
The app uses your timer choices and session statistics only to make the timer and progress display work for you.
3. Your consent
By using the app, you agree to this privacy policy. You can stop using the app at any time.
4. Data sharing
We never sell your data. Focus Timer does not send your timer information or session statistics to third parties. If Pro purchases are offered in the future, Google Play Billing will process the purchase under Google’s own privacy terms. We will not receive your full payment details.
5. Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to you. Because we do not receive your timer data, it stays under your control on your device. For help or a privacy request, email us using the contact below.
6. Children
Focus Timer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for the limited information involved. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but keeping timer data on your device reduces privacy risk.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be shown in the app with a new “Last updated” date.
