Privacy Policy

1. What data the app stores

Only the records you create yourself: exchange logs, communication logs, schedule changes, expense entries, any photo you choose to attach to a record (shrunk and kept only on this device, like everything else), and the optional child name you may add in Settings. Each record keeps the date, time, and details you enter, plus the time you created it.

2. Where it lives

Everything is stored in your browser's local storage, on your own device. Your records never leave this device through the app.

3. What we never do

We operate no servers for this app. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and no sharing of your information with anyone — ever.

4. Your control

You can edit or delete any record at any time. You can erase everything instantly using “Clear All Data” in Settings. Removing the app data or clearing your browser storage also removes the records.

5. Important note

This app helps you keep organized personal records. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a lawyer, mediator, or court professional. If you plan to use records in a legal matter, please speak with a qualified professional.

6. Children

This app is designed for parents and guardians. Any information about a child is entered by you, the parent or guardian, and stays on your device only.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this screen with a new “last updated” date.

Optional email updates

If you choose to sign up for email updates (the “📬 Get updates” button), your email address is sent to and stored on our secure server so we can send you app updates and tips. This is completely optional — the app works fully without it, and all your app data still stays only on your device. We never sell your email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your email at any time via freeappspot.com.

Optional suggestions

If you choose to send us a suggestion (the “💡 Suggestions” button), your message — and your name and email address if you provide them — is sent to and stored on our secure server so our team can read it and improve the app. This is completely optional. We never sell this information, and all your app data still stays only on your device.
