🔒 Privacy Policy
Construction Spanish is built to be private by design. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what happens with your information. It is written to align with Canada's PIPEDA principles.
1) What data the app stores
The app stores only your favorites — the phrases you tap the star on — saved as a simple list on this device, plus your language-mode choice (whether you picked "I speak English" or "Hablo español") so the app remembers it next time. That is all. The app has no accounts and collects no name, email, address, or any other personal information about you.
2) Where it lives
Everything is stored in your browser's local storage, on this device only. Your favorites never leave your phone or computer, and there is no Construction Spanish server receiving them.
3) What we never do
We never use servers for your phrase data, and there are no ads and no data is ever sold, rented, or shared with anyone — there is nothing to share, because nothing is sent anywhere. Speaking a phrase out loud is done by your own device's text-to-speech voice; your phrases are not recorded or sent anywhere by this app.
4) Your control
You are in full control. You can un-star a favorite at any time, and clearing your browser's site data removes everything the app stored.
5) Children
Construction Spanish is a general workplace utility and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from children — or from anyone.
6) Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will appear on this screen with a new "last updated" date before the change takes effect.

Optional email updates
If you choose to sign up for email updates (the “📬 Get updates” button), your email address is sent to and stored on our secure server so we can send you app updates and tips. This is completely optional — the app works fully without it, and all your app data still stays only on your device. We never sell your email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your email at any time via freeappspot.com.
Optional suggestions
If you choose to send us a suggestion (the “💡 Suggestions” button), your message — and your name and email address if you provide them — is sent to and stored on our secure server so our team can read it and improve the app. This is completely optional. We never sell this information, and all your app data still stays only on your device.
