About this app β please read
This app does not measure anything. It is a private log book for readings from your own device β your home blood-pressure cuff or glucose meter. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose anything or give medical advice. If you feel unwell, contact a medical professional.
1) What data the app stores
The app stores only the readings you type in β blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, the date and time, any context tags you tap, and any short note you add. That is all. The app has no accounts and collects no name, email, address, or any other personal information about you.
2) Where it lives
Everything is stored in your browser's local storage, on this device only. Your readings never leave your phone or computer, and there is no BP & Sugar Log Book server receiving them.
3) What we never do
There are no ads, and your readings are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone β there is nothing to share, because nothing is sent anywhere.
The camera pulse check (optional)
If you choose βMeasure pulse with cameraβ, the app asks your browser for camera permission and uses the camera only while you are measuring, on this device. Each picture from the camera is checked for its brightness on this device and thrown away at once β no photo or video is ever saved, recorded, or sent anywhere. The camera light (flash) may switch on while measuring, on phones whose browser allows it. When you stop measuring, or leave that screen, the camera turns off completely. You can turn the permission off at any time in your browser's settings. The pulse reading it produces stays on this device, in your log, like everything else.
4) Your control
You are in full control. You can edit or delete any reading at any time, and clearing your browser's site data removes everything the app stored.
5) Children
BP & Sugar Log Book is a personal health diary for adults and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from children β or from anyone.
6) Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will appear on this screen with a new "last updated" date before the change takes effect.

Optional email updates
If you choose to sign up for email updates (the βπ¬ Get updatesβ button), your email address is sent to and stored on our secure server so we can send you app updates and tips. This is completely optional β the app works fully without it, and all your readings still stay only on your device. We never sell your email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your email at any time via freeappspot.com.
Optional suggestions
If you choose to send us a suggestion (the βπ‘ Suggestionsβ button), your message β and your name and email address if you provide them β is sent to and stored on our secure server so our team can read it and improve the app. This is completely optional. We never sell this information, and all your readings still stay only on your device.
