Benefits Hours Log

Write down your work hours. See your month. Keep your proof.

πŸ“‹ This app helps you keep your own records. Rules are different in every state and program β€” always check with your caseworker what proof they accept.

πŸƒ Your pace

About you β€” only on this phone

Many programs ask for 80 hours a month. If yours asks for a different number, change it here. Nothing you type here ever leaves this phone.

Add hours

Use the big βˆ’ and + buttons, or type the number. Half hours are fine (like 4.5).

πŸ–¨οΈ Report for my caseworker

This makes a clean paper copy of this month: every day you wrote down, and the total hours.

Give it to your caseworker if they ask for proof of your hours. Rules are different in every state and program β€” always check with your caseworker what proof they accept.

The Caseworker Pack prints this report first, then each of this month's paper photos full-width with its name β€” one document to hand over. On most phones: tap Print, then choose β€œSave as PDF” or your printer.

πŸ“· My papers β€” this month

Keep your own copies of papers here β€” like a photo of a pay stub or a letter about your hours. They stay only on this phone.

No photos for this month yet.

πŸ”’ Privacy Policy

Benefits Hours Log is built to be private by design. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what happens with your information. It is written to align with Canada's PIPEDA principles.

1) What data the app stores

The app stores only what you write down: your hour entries (day, kind of hours, place, hours, and any note), your name and monthly goal if you choose to add them, and any photos of papers you choose to attach. That is all. The app has no accounts and collects nothing about you on its own.

2) Where it lives

Everything is stored in your browser's local storage, on this device only. Your hours, name, and photos never leave your phone or computer, and there is no Benefits Hours Log server receiving them.

3) What we never do

We never use servers for your records, and there are no ads and no data is ever sold, rented, or shared with anyone β€” there is nothing to share, because nothing is sent anywhere.

4) Your control

You are in full control. You can change or delete any entry or photo at any time, and clearing your browser's site data removes everything the app stored.

5) This app is a record-keeping aid

Benefits Hours Log helps you keep your own records. It is not connected to any government office or benefits program, and its reports do not guarantee benefits. Rules are different in every state and program β€” always check with your caseworker what proof they accept.

6) Children

Benefits Hours Log is a general record-keeping utility for adults managing their own program paperwork. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone β€” including children.

7) Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will appear on this screen with a new "last updated" date before the change takes effect.

Optional email updates

If you choose to sign up for email updates (the β€œπŸ“¬ Get updates” button), your email address is sent to and stored on our secure server so we can send you app updates and tips. This is completely optional β€” the app works fully without it, and all your app data still stays only on your device. We never sell your email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your email at any time via freeappspot.com.

Optional suggestions

If you choose to send us a suggestion (the β€œπŸ’‘ Suggestions” button), your message β€” and your name and email address if you provide them β€” is sent to and stored on our secure server so our team can read it and improve the app. This is completely optional. We never sell this information, and all your app data still stays only on your device.
